We never save your information you supply or your documents.

We may retain the content of your e-mail messages and your e-mail address, as well as any correspondence between you and our company, including your order, for our internal records.

We don’t open documents to confirm the content of the bankruptcy.

Please remember that bankruptcy records are public records, and therefore may be requested by anyone.

We only offer PayPal as a payment option - the most trusted name in internet and online transactions.  PayPal guarantees the privacy of all of your financial information, and never shares that information with merchants. Our company does not collect and store your credit card information.  PayPal collects and processes all orders.
